Welcome to Gecko Time. This blog was created to bring valuable content to the gecko community.

Matthew Kammerer

My name is Matthew Kammerer and I am the founder of Gecko Time. I am currently a full time college student at Young Harris College. Before I became a college student I bred geckos on a large scale. I had a collection 100-150 geckos at any given time that varied from leopard geckos to N. l. levis, or common smooth knob tail geckos.

Gecko Time is a leading source of gecko information, breeder interviews, species spotlights, and more. Our goal is to bring rich, interesting content to gecko lovers.

While breeding geckos I established contacts throughout the industry making it easy to communicate with amazing breeders around the US and around the world! I will use these connections and bonds I’ve made to bring you posts that do more than just break the surface.

I am always looking for feedback or someone to chat with about geckos. Feel free to email me at matthew@geckotime.com.

Thanks and I hope you enjoy the site!
