How to Breed Superworms
For the past several years I've been breeding superworms for all my geckos. It's a fairly simple process and with some time and patience you can raise your own feeders.

Tokay Gecko Morph Interview with NERD
We had the opportunity to interview Kevin of New England Reptile Distributors, asking him about the amazing Tokay Gecko morphs they are working with. Here is what Kevin had to say.

Guide to Breeding Leopard Geckos on a Small Scale
Breeding leopard geckos is relatively easy and rewarding. There are so many exciting images on the internet of gorgeous and unique animals that many of us get bitten by the breeding bug.

That is the biggest load of crap in the world. That picture sucked compared to Smile for the camera. Smile for the camera went from 4th place to 2nd in one day doesnt that say something? The only possible way for him to win is to cheat. How many of his friends did he ask to vote ? ALL OF THEM? How many comments did he have at the bottom? NONE! Smile for the Camera had almost all of the comments. This Contest was Rigged!
You had like 4 days to count up votes and u still picked the worst picture to win…
@Austyn: Sorry you are upset, but it’s odd that you weren’t rooting for your own photo. The results were delayed due to travel to see a sick family member, not to “Count the votes” — I have a service that does that for me, I only need to confirm there is no fraudulent activity.
Negative attitudes are no fun, hope you can be thankful for having the opportunity to submit and vote. Thanks!
Well thats just great that Another crested gecko beats a Leopard Gecko in a photo contest. How is finding 3 submissions from the sam IP adress fishy? It never said anything on the rules that my mom , brother , and my self could submit photos of out geckos.
I think #13 was his mom and thats why he is upset.
Thank you very much for the opportunity.
Im not upset, im mad that this wass rigged. How do you you think a crested gecko on some string could win compared to a leopard gecko thats smiling. For not worrying and being happy im not very happy. Look at all of the comments on the voting page and see how many #20 had compared to #13, then you tell me why im “upset”
Matthew, I hope your sick family member is getting better. Seems to me that the goal of any company or site is not just to give away prizes but to generate buzz or get people to go to their site. If the person who submitted the winning pic did more to get people to check out the site they should win. I voted for Don’t Worry, Be Happy as I thought it was the best picture even though there was a close second and third. Seeing the attitude of Austyn when loosing makes me glad I did not vote his way.
Thank you, toolman. I think you summed that up for us all!
Yes, i admit that i over reacted a bit and im sorry for that. But i had been waiting for so long to hear the winner because i thought it would be picture #13. The last time i had checked on the poll Smile for the Camera was winning. It wasnt just about the picture losing it was the fact that another crested gecko beat a another leopard gecko in a contest. Im sorry about my rude comments in all , but all im asking is to see how many votes all of the other photos got.
Congrats Chris !
It was a Great photo !
Thanks for this Contest Geckotime, I had a lot of fun.
Thank you everyone!
